The communication always needs at least two persons, and both share ideas and preferences, It´s considered this way because there must be someone who receives the message and another who send it.

8. Give three examples of brain drain in communication process.
- When we talk with people of other countries and our words mean other things, the message was lost.
- When our accent or pronunciation is different to the other regions.
- When we use a informal languaje to communicate to someone formal.
Regarding question eight, in the first option, not only when speaking with people from other countries, but also from our own country. Imagine a Northerner saying "huerco", we would not know what it means if we hear it for the first time.
ResponderBorrarHahaha your first example about brain drain made me remember a funny experience I had while learning Italian. It was the first week of classes in level 1 and the teacher asked us something about an exercise in the book but nobody knew the answer so we were looking for it in the book when suddenly the teacher said "guardate il livro" so we stopped looking at it, then he repeated "guardate el livro" so we closed it but he was still waiting for an answer. Then he yelled at us "guardate il livro!" so we putted it in our backpacks. He started laughing and explained us the whole time he meant "look the book".
ResponderBorrarAlejandro, hi!, I have checked your answers, let me tell you that we have wrote almost the same ideas, I am agree whit your point of view about ‘for direction’, I added ‘one of the task of a leader is guide, all the levels of management of the organization need order and confidence. Employees perform better when they know what and how to do’, what do you think?, my phrase matches a little with your words: ‘implied order’. I should add ‘directing others may be communicated either orally or in writing’, excellent idea, I can see that you have understood pretty well what communication means and how we can use it in our daily life!
ResponderBorrarActually you have summarized all the PDF information in a few words that is really impressive, if I should add something, it could be in the part of ‘examples of brain drain’, for example, when people speak different languages or when or channel does not have the ability to share our idea, like the bad internet connection.
To sum up, I appreciate how you can remember the cases like the accent or the informal vocabulary in situations where it is not appropriated.
I agree with the aspect that it allows us to learn from the other people, their ideas, tastes, qualities, etc; and this allows greater interaction between different groups, on question 5. I feel that the phrase on question 5 trying to give a point of view on what communication is.
ResponderBorrarHi Alejandro, I agree with you when you say that communication is the pillar of companies and they decide success or failure in the future.
