Define Human resources.

Is the set of people who make up the workforce of an organizationbusiness sector, industry, or economy.

 


What is the role of human resources? Define in detail.

it is the area that orders, drives and motivates workers. Traditionally, that function began with an administrative intention, something that has now changed exponentially.

·         Strategic and leadership role: managers must be involved in the organization, their role must also seek to contribute to the development and fulfillment of the objectives of their organization.

·         The care of the workers and the organizational culture: It is related to the promotion of methods that help to achieve a better culture and organizational climate, in addition to those elements that allow to recognize and protect all the members within.

·         Advocate for change and organizational development: it is the capacity that this department must have to adapt to the changes that come from the outside, as well as to promote a constant transformation within the company.

 

What is Capital?

It is a material component of production, basically made up of machinery, tools or facilities, which, in combination with other factors, such as work, raw materials and intermediate goods, allows the creation of consumer goods.

 

In your opinion, is human resources necessary? Explain.

Of course, it allows us to know our rights within a company, likewise we have to respect our co-workers. This topic is important to me because having a good behavior within a company will give us greater opportunity and better relationships in our work environment.

·         Labor relations.

·         Administration and personal management.

 

Define Human resource management.

Is the strategic approach to the effective and efficient management of people in a company or organization such that they help their business gain a competitive advantage. It is designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives.

 

What are the main responsibilities of a Human Resource Manager? Define them in detail.

1.    Follow up on the recruitment process.

2.    Monitor the hiring process.

3.    Establish interpersonal relationships.

4.    Follow up on complaints or claims, as well as the file of each employee.

5.    Manage the process corresponding to payroll and compensation or benefits.

6.    Rationalize employment costs.

7.    Anticipate labor trends.

8.    Manage change.

 

Which of the responsibilities you mentioned in the previous questions do you  think is the most challenging or a HRM? Why?

 I think it is to follow up on employee complaints or claims. It is true that a human resources manager must have good interpersonal relationships, but it is not easy to keep track of a large company. Each deal with different people, in my opinion, must be one of the most complicated tasks. It is also important to mention about our own problems, literally, we have to carry many responsibilities, not only ours, but also those of other members of the company.

 

What are the most important skills of a Human Resource Manager?

·         Analytical and organizational skills.

·         Team management.

·         Leadership and empathy.

·         Negotiation skills.

·         New technologies.

·         Talent management.

    I just read your work and it seems very complete. I like and I agree with your answer about the importance of human resources, I think something almost no one mentioned is, as you said, how to behave in a company because even if we all know the basics like respecting, being polite, etc, sometimes it is necessary to add something else to completely fit in the organizational culture.
